We require 24 hours notice of cancellation for all bookings. Customers giving less than 24 hours notice or those who fail to attend pre-booked activities will be charged for the activity in question.
In accordance with clause 6.3 of our Terms and Conditions, Isospa members who fail to attend pre-booked classes or activities will also be charged the full casual fee for the activity in question, unless notification of cancellation is received prior to the commencement of the class or activity.
Customers with payments outstanding will be placed on default until payment is received. Further bookings will not be permitted until the outstanding payment has been cleared.
